Edit core.clj to have just generic functions #23

Make changes to core.clj so it contains just generic functions that are not linked to either park or dog topic.

To do:

[x] remove find_preferences and match_park function
[x] Edit the parkbot_loop function, rename it main_loop
[x] Edit -main function to call the main_function with correct parameters based on the topic chosen
[x] Edit parameters names for other functions when necessary
[x] A find_topic function is needed in order to link the -main with main_loop functions
