As the IT Manager at USPTI, you will be in managing our IT systems, particularly focusing on Cargowise, to optimize our ocean freight forwarding processes. You will oversee all aspects of IT, from network administration to software management, with the goal of ensuring an efficient operation as following:
Cargowise Integration and Optimization:
Lead the integration and optimization of Cargowise systems into our ocean freight forwarding operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using Cargowise.
公司主要營運系統Cargowise維護及提升優化，需跨部門溝通提出方案及解決海運操作人員或會計人員等系統使用者問題，尋求工作自動化及改進整體工作效率
System Administration:
Manage and maintain our Cargowise system, ensuring it operates efficiently and is up-to-date.
Design report in Cargowise to fit department data needs
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, coordinating with vendors when necessary.
公司系統維護及管理，確保公司營運資料即時更新及正確性，能設計出符合作業需要的報表，積極有效率解決問題或尋求外部協助達成工作目標
IT Infrastructure Management:
Oversee the overall IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
Ensure the security and reliability of IT systems.
IT基礎設施管理及維運，包括網域管理、服務器、硬體及軟體等，並確保資料安全性
Team Leadership:
Supervise a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support.
Manage departmental resources and budgets effectively.

Vendor Relations:
Establish and maintain relationships with relevant IT service providers.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effective solutions.

IT Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Support global branches for any IT works assistance.
