此公司為新一代開放式網路架構解決方案的推動者(Enabler)，致力於提供具備彈性、開放、智慧化且有價格競爭力的網通產品，在5G時代或6G時代都能成為產業先行者。 主要業務為5G開放式電信及數據中心解決方案開發，應用場景為電信基地台機房至核心機房之高速傳輸設備，客戶皆為全球知名電信營運商與數據中心。 在2019年下半年，他們通過了AT＆T的認證，拿下台灣第一張白牌電信設備的量產訂單。如今不僅占了AT&T核心網白牌設備 5成以上的供應商，更拿下超過10家的歐美電信商訂單，這樣的成績，讓國發基金在2020年宣布注資。

Our Marketing Team is at the heart of the company, designing a wide range of vertical solution driven initiatives, including content marketing, event management, lead generation campaigns, ecosystem partnership, and digital & social practices. Creating a best-in- class user experience that engages external stakeholders via a verity of media including social, digital, email, PR, event …, they lead overall brand communication strategies and plans to help achieve business revenue goals and build B2B brand awareness in today’s 5G era.

工作內容

  1. Work closely with product managers, RD engineers, and technical experts to produce and maintain high quality documentation, including product manuals, data sheets, User guides, FAQs, marketing deliverables, etc
  2. Learn complex technical concepts and create, write, translate, and proofread the technical information into user-friendly content
  3. Gather customers’ feedback on documentation to improve usability
  4. Ensure the consistency and quality of technical documentation across different products
  5. Perform market research to support company strategy planning
  6. Support marketing team in technical content writing for marketing assets creation

經驗需求

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, no specific requirements of major
  2. Minimum 4 years of technical writing experience
  3. Strong experience of owning an end-to-end documentation creation process (in English)
  4. Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking infrastructure, telecommunications, switch & router
  5. Excellent verbal and written English
  6. Strong project management skill with details oriented
  7. Multitask in a deadline driven and changing environment.
  8. Good communication skill with problem solving ability and analytical thinking
  9. A team player with strong passion and willingness to take on new challenges

  1. Experience of working with the following tools: HTML, photoshop, illustrator
