Corrected indexing of kind values from indexed .pkg/.fpkg files
Added additional doc strings to stz/defs-db-serializer types
Added a new annotations field to support indexing of function signatures
Implemented function signature indexing for defns, lostanza defns, defmethod, and lostanza defmethod
