Add a dispelType for bleed effects #481

Now that there is a mechanic to remove bleed effects https://www.wowhead.com/spell=374251/cauterizing-flame (or at least one that i know of) it would be welcome if API would let us know if an aura is a bleed effect

dispelType 4th return by UnitAura UnitAuraBySlot
dispelName of UnitAuraInfo structure returned by C_UnitAuras.GetAuraDataByAuraInstanceID C_UnitAuras.GetAuraDataBySlot C_UnitAuras.GetPlayerAuraBySpellID

FYI, the Dwarf racial ability Stoneform also removes bleeds on oneself.
