While using just gamepad, no mouse or touchscreen, and /console GamePadCursorCentering 1, there is a bug where the mouse cursor sometimes activates without any mouse input. This causes problems for gamepad players in multiple ways, one of which is ground targeted spells misfiring at the cached cursor location instead of the center of the screen.
