CLEU events for SPELL_INTERRUPT and SPELL_DISPEL extraSpellId is always 0 #517

On client 1.15.0.52610 COMBAT_LOG_EVENT_UNFILTERED for SPELL_INTERRUPT and SPELL_DISPEL 15th arg "extraSpellId" is always 0

This look like an oversight since spellId for any CLEU event now has the correct value.

Previous test was done in a duel, tests against npcs:

both args are still 0 in pve
