API to detect if currently logged in character has self-found mode enabled #525

The initial build of 1.15.1 (53009) lacks any API functions to detect if the player has logged into a character that has the self-found mode activated. It'd be useful to have a C_GameRules.IsSelfFoundActive() API that returns true on such characters.

C_PlayerInfo.IsSelfFoundActive() has been added in build 1.15.1.53495.
