C_EncounterJournal.GetSectionInfo always returns 0 for spellID on Cataclysm #574

C_EncounterJournal.GetSectionInfo always returns 0 for spellID

This make all functions of encounter journal testing spellID not behaving correctly

Also as a side note, link field returned by C_EncounterJournal.GetSectionInfo (which you get when shift-clicking header) doesn't work
