Currently some parts like proton torpedoes can shoot through half blocks placed in front of them, which they probably shouldn't. Using SourcePartCollisionDelay instead of SourceShipCollisionDelay fixes this. However SourceShipCollisionDelay was only added in 0.15.16 while SWACD still works back to version 0.15.7. So sometime in the future when backwards compatibility is broken by something else I'll revist.
