PLEASE MERGE WITH CAUTION!

The reason why I opened this pull request to ask the owners to check the code in time and comment it. This may be a long running pull request. Because we don't have unit test, we need to test manually. I tested only the admin web interface and it's working fine with this modifications.

The main goal in this pull request is the composer with all of the power like dependency management, autoloading, namespace -ing, etc.
