This PR need to develop in TDD

Add unit test environment to develop this repository. This PR is a preparation for Continuous Integration (CI) and Travis-CI

Can be safely merge, only contains --dev dependencies what is not affected the production env
Next step is to create build script for travis (will run test, Code Style checks, etc)
