patched early destination entry #134

patched for ability of "early destination" entry. now customer can enter destination without waiting balance announcement to complete. Many customers was confused by entering destination as soon as they hear prompt, normally first digits are truncated, call failed and customer complain "nothing works".

$this->early_destination is a variable where we can accumulate entries during welcome, balance, etc announcements that happen before first "please enter your complete pin number now". for now fix only used for balance announcement. If need more let me know.
