"Add Phone Number to your DID" in customer interface not work properly #2

On page http://demo.asterisk2billing.org/a2b_customer/A2B_entity_did.php?assign=2
if have filled "Destination: 123123", not select Virtual Phone Number, press button "Add phone number". I must receive Error message? Go to http://demo.asterisk2billing.org/a2b_admin/Public/A2B_entity_did_destination.php?section=8
We can see line with Destination "123123".
