Return information of customer [management interface] #44

this method allow you return list of customers/cid, i´m propose this change because the method GetCallHistory need a card_id as parameter.

Get Call history is to get the list of calls, not the cards! Can you explain why you need this ?

btw the indentation/style doesnt respect the rest of the code style on this page and comment are in french for some reasons. That will need to be fixed.
