Error : A2Billing configuration file is missing! #56

After copy the customer folder on a web server I got this error.

The folder have all permissions and I put the a2billing.conf file in /etc/a2billing.conf

All of this is owned by apache:apache.

I can´t see the login screen. When type http://MyDomain/customer directly shows the error message.

What is wrong ?
