Missing EMAIL submit button on A2B_mass_mail.php #83

When browsing clients in http://www.mydomain.com:/a2billing/admin/Public/A2B_entity_card.php?section=1 I click on then email icon and the page that open does not have a submit button so I can fill in the email but I can not send it. http://www.mydomain.com/a2billing/admin/Public/A2B_mass_mail.php?form_action=ask-add&id=xxx

Are you using develop branch? I just tested what you mentioned and it works at my end, there is an email button
