Create a branding guidelines document #3

Included in this repository should be a document with guidance about how to brand a new product so that we have a consistent heritage across our products while still allowing them to have their own personal identities. This should include things like fonts, etc

We also probably want guidelines on how things that build off of it should be branded. (Example: should items like status lines, coded to say "StarChart-Labs: stuff" be overridable). @yevster has encountered documentation like that in his adventures with Concourse
