Add use documentation for all plug-ins #9

Ignoring Chronicler in this case, as the tweak is on a plug-in whose addition happened in this release and is already documented. The behavior changed is also documented in the documentation added (which is what led to discovering the issue in the first place). I'd normally separate out the fix, but it seemed silly. (The fix is in a separate commit)
