Starmap information is missing #2

With Star Citizen's 3.20 release the Layer0.xml (found in Data\Libs\Subsumption\Platforms\PU\System\Stanton\stantonsystem\Layer0.xml) file was removed.

This results in multiple POIs not being parsed.
Any help regarding finding to where the file (content) has been moved is greatly appreciated!
