The Speed gyro limit #1241

Forgive me if I am out of date on how this works but I would like to request that the speed based gyro limiting be removed. It's simply just not fun to fly with since it so harshly limits turning for lighter grids. Looking back at the balance council for 4.3 the feedback on the feature ranged from unfun to na bro didn't effect me not my problem. Overall I just don't wanna lose the ability to do fun high speed maneuvers.

will reconsider this once the networking demons have been banished

one idea was to invert the thing so going faster means you turn harder if this isn't fun then not worth pursuing

aight ill just turn it off for 4.6 and see the difference
