Fletcher update Torps getting hotpatched now they work:

large grid mod: 1.25 - 1
comp damage: 1.5 - 0.25
shield mod: 1 - 0.1
speed: 200m/s - 150m/s
aggressiveness: 10 - 4
maxlateralthrust: 20 - 0.2

Thunderer:

reload: 20 seconds - 18 seconds
HE Fragment removed, now using end of life (will likely need tweaking due to numbers and calculations)

Iowa:

reload: 9.5 seconds - 8 seconds

Iowa/Jean Bart/Tirpitz

HE Ammo no longer use fragments to summon damage now using end of life, (will likely need tweaking due to numbers and calculations)
