[BUG] Half-slabs negate planetary effects #221

Describe the bug Note: Only tested on Harenum When standing on a bottom half slab, all planetary effects are removed, as if a player was standing under cover.

To Reproduce Place a half slab on the bottom block, and stand on it

Expected behavior All effects from planets are removed.
