[BUG] Teleportation method.

Describe the bug

Ok so at the world border you can place a rail in tge barrier Thing and when you place a Minecart and you press w you Teleport to the planets ost (idk why i tested this). To Reproduce

Place a rail in the world border and place a Minecart And press w. Expected behavior

I honestly dont know what it should do

Did this on Titus btw.

I have a feeling that the expected behaviour is that you go forward in the minecart and not get teleported. Just saying.

expected behaviour is to get stopped. It's the world border, should act like an invisible wall.
