That's pretty much a Monterey issue at this point.
I've only gotten a Broadcom BT4LE 20702B0 chipset to work a couple times on beta2 and beta3.
For USB 2.0 devices, get a bus powered USB 2.0 or 3.0 Hub or Switch and plug that directly to into a USB 2.0 port and plus your USB 2.0 devices into the Hub/Switch. This workaround includes Apple magic two devices.
Apple keeps removing stuff or things just behave differently and you have to find workarounds or wait until a patch is available.
I am working on a Beta1 with install which I have to use a supported Mac for that to see if its drivers will work.
Also testing a Asus BT5LE dongle but no results as of yet.
You will have a race condition at boot. About 50 percent of boot ups will fail on B2 and B3. There is latebloom.kext but it is still pretty new and it can be a challenge getting it to load on a bigmac install.
I am experimenting with latebloom.
I just installed monetary beta. boot problem, but It is nit problem.. I checked with usb keyboard and mouse. Bluetooth is disabled.
