I don't know why, but when you type /sqpt mods and click on a powertool, the mods refuse to show. As well as this, the status effect mods for the multi-tool refuse to apply, but agressive mods will. /sqpt mods works fine in regular SQ, but I have no idea about the multi-tool bug.
