"The tube of the pump is currently extending, please wait" even when there is no tube #1195

Steps for replication:

  1. Pump the water out of a lake until the pump fills up
  2. The pump will say it is full and stop pumping
  3. Go into the pump GUI. The on/off toggle is still a green glass block (a bug in itself, as the pump should be off)
  4. Click the toggle to turn the pump off
  5. Click the toggle again. It will tell you to stop spamming the button and wait 3 secs.
  6. Whenever you next click the toggle to turn the pump on it will say "The tube of the pump is currently extending, please wait", though the tube never actually comes out of the pump

The bug remains even if you re-log, and the only way to fix it is to break and replace a part of the pump.
