The link in the ReadMe.md https://docs.starrocks.io/docs/quick_start/redpanda-shared-data/ still seems dead?

I have not added the docs, but the README will get you going. All I did was fix the schema (switch the site from a DATE to a STRING). I will merge docs in the other repo soon.
