Can't Change Weapon Qualities Numeric Value. #1107

Maybe I am missing something but when I try to change the numeric value of a weapon quality to 0 by accident there is no way to get it to show the number again. I noticed when adding ships and there was a typo in the edge of the empire core books that says one of the ships weapons had "Accurate" but no value so I add it and removed the value only to realize that the book should have said "Accurate 1" but after changing it I couldn't change back.

This has worked this way for a while. If you need the rank of a quality back, just drag another copy of the quality on again and it will add it back. Probably still good as a possible enhancement though.

This doesn't work. I have the limited ammo quality and it doesn't have a value. Dragging another limited ammo on to it does nothing. I does add another if you have a value there in the 1st place. This is a bug not a enhancement. I have to delete my old item quality and make a new one then drag it on to it just to get it to work.
