Unable To Remove Skills (Genesys) #1571

While attempting to use the SWFFG system to run a Genesys adjacent game I noticed that I cannot remove skills from a character sheet.

To test if it was a game-world specific issue, I made an entirely different world and tried to remove a skill, and it worked in the fresh copy. Considering the fresh copy worked, perhaps its an issue with my settings?

Here are the settings I selected for the game world where I cant remove skills.

The skill list setting is set to the default for the downloadable genesys.
