The Jedi career is unusual in that it is a progression based career. Players can only purchase Specs within the career if they meet the appropriate Force Rating Requirement.
Maybe allow an option for Force Rating Requirements in Specs to have this functionality with the new Spec buying feature, similar to how it works for Force Powers?
