Some weapon mods give talents like Forearm Grip gives Point Blank. It would be great if you could add talents on weapon attachments. Also there are mods that add skill ranks.
I like how you are able to add Weapon qualities to mods. If you could drag talents on to the mod much in the same way would be cool. I like the red text showing it the change is from a mod. You could add red text to a talent name on a character. Also you could add a number next to a skill rank. Much like you do with damage here.
This may be a big one to overcome since the changes are applied to the character and not the weapon.
