Description

This is a Pull Request template that is automatically applied to newly created Pull Requests. This will ensure that pull requests use a uniform style, and increase the quality of submitted code.

That's fair, we'll have to discuss potential tags with the rest at a later date and add in a notice. I'll also add it to the contribution guidelines once we've discussed it.
