Allow artists to take special requests/commissions from collectors.

We want to be clear that this is for non-copyrighted material and cannot reference franchises (i.e., "Star Wars", "Marvel", etc.).

There are two models here:

The requester pre-orders the license ahead of time. Upon completion, they are sent the license. The request is made and the license is reserved for the requester. Upon completion, they are sent a notification that it is ready for purchase Both of these add a lot of work and I personally prefer the first one as the 2nd one leaves loose ends and people are finicky. :)

Could also consider a "private publish" which makes a link to the art store page, but hides it from the public site

We want to provide a form for the commission request. We should make it obvious that no copyrighted material will be allowed. We could also scan this text for potential copyrighted-referenced material and flag it for review.
