Update Networking page(s) to reflect latest starbound stable release #1

All pages in Networking need to be reviewed and updated as necessary. Seeing how i am having a extremely difficult time reading the info from Starbound's Docs, @kharidiron i think this page would be better if updated by you or someone who can actually read and understand the networking part of Starbound.

Also @kharidiron seeing how you are an admin you can invite people to join the organization under @Starbound-Dev/developers and i'm pretty sure you can do the same for @Starbound-Dev/admins but i would suggest reading the both team's descriptions first and add them as you see fit.

Starbound's official docs have been removed; however, StarryPy is functional with Upbeat Giraffe, so looking at its networking code may not be a bad idea.
