Portfolio error fixes

Hello :)

This is are some of my changes:

• I moved .about-me slightly to the left.
• Added .about-me-text-container and added a min-width to it.
• Reduced the font-size so the .about-me text takes less space.
• Removed the position to the left of .about-me text in higher resolutions.
• Added a 15px right margin to .project-image.

I feel for the about-me section can we stack which will look similar to my mobile view.
