Need to add a site admin page for all the diffrent options only accessible to the admin.

-Category editing -front page image -logo -user administration (self and global) -Default images

Will need to look into moving the hstorisation to this admin panel and also clean up the historisation a bit

we do have a basic crud for the categories with this so all good there.

For the site administration (default images, front page image, front page text, ...) we will do all the parameters in the env file.
