Alos only allow image uploads @Assert\File(maxSize="10M")

All fixed in 8ccf70f056a5866d94aca9c7cc11835728e6ebd7 apart from some w3c validations

w3c lang and stylesheet errors corrected c23b24bf9c4fcea0b084b59e9a7e65a9b464ef20
