Make a new package #33

with the changes in PR #32.

New version will be 2.1.0 although problably not completely according to semver, since the change in the PR is a breaking change. But since we use 1.x.x for Starcounter 2.3 and 2.x.x for Starcounter 2.4 I guess this is the way?

Version updated and a new package is pushed with the minimum required framework updated to 4.6.1
