Increase chance of getting battery packs

Outside Summer there's a lousy 5% chance of stormy weather, whereas in Summer this percentage is around 15%. This is too low for endgame players who wanna do big stuff (like big Crystalarium fields, or big crop fields with lots of iridium sprinklers). So I had some ideas for getting more batteries in a not so cheaty way:

• Storm Totem: new totem that works just like the Rain Totem, but guarantees a stormy weather (instead of rainy weather) for the next day. Can be crafted using the same ingredients needed for the rain totem, with the addition of a battery (so you're going to invest a battery for the chance of getting more batteries). Unlocks at Foraging Level 9, just like the rain totem;

• Changing the Rain Totem so it gives, like, 75% chance of storm and 25% chance for rain;

• Simply increasing the chance of stormy weather for all seasons (but still making Summer the most stormy season of all);

• Increasing the number of battery packs given by a lighning rod (similar to how the Seed Maker gives 1~3 seeds per crop inserted);

• Making every lightning rod set in the field intercept a lightning and generate a battery (so if the field has 100 lighning rods, the player would get 100 battery packs).

In sequence: Climates of Ferngrill does 1 and sorta-3 by altering storm chances. 2's a bit more tricky.

@JohnsonNicholas I didn't know about your mod! I searched it, and it seems very interesting. Can't wait to test it out with the new features, as soon as Stardew Valley 1.3 arrives and you update your mod :)
