Essentially, it'd be a mod that allows you to alter how quickly you progress skills by altering the amount of EXP certain actions give you. This is pulled from a certain section of MARGO which does this, but without everything else. It'd be great if this included custom skills such as Luck, Cooking, Socialization, Binning, etc.
