Tool to harvest from permanent growth vines #1168

Idea: Creation of a new tool or added functionality to Scythe and/or Golden Scythe to harvest fruits and vegetables from permanent vine plants such as Ancient Fruit, Blueberry, Cranberry, etc, without eliminating the vine.
