Another child npc except its Robbie/Axeboy from IDV, i have a hyperfocus on him so i am willing to help with dialogue/heart event ideas/lore. He would attend class with Jas, Penny and Vincent after a certain heart event :) I am willing to try to save up to pay a bit if i can, just like with the Bennett Genshin NPC mod I really want!
