I don’t know a ton about mods, but as someone of Polish descent who grew up having Polish food, a mod with those dishes would be awesome! It could also be a less specific mod that was largely eastern European inspired. I’ve never modded before, but if this isn’t up anyone’s alley I could always try it out. I’d just love to see some of the culture I’ve grown to appreciate and love in one of my favorite games :).
