Glowing/light up ladders/staircases for the mines. #1197

As the title suggests, make ladders glow/outline or similar to make them easier to spot for when they are further away or on the dark floors

Actually hold off on using the v0.1.0 mod for right now. Some helpful devs in the discord's #making-mods-general pointed out I have a memory leak with how I subscribed to the ladder creation events. I'll be working on it!

Updated to v0.1.1 which should fix the memory leak issues!
