Paying commission for NPC mod! #1212

Hi! I've tried hours and hours of coding and apparently I'm just not understanding it right. I'm looking to create an NPC mod for Shinjiro Aragaki (Persona 3). I can do all the dialogue (events, random days, etc.), it's just the coding I would need help with. I wouldn't be cheap at all!

Shinjiro has been my favorite character since I played Persona 3 in 2009 to the point where I have art commissioned of him, a tattoo, etc. If anyone is willing to help, I would appreciate it!! :)
