The ability to place mini-fridges outside of the farmhouse in locations such as sheds without needing a mod to place anything anywhere

Esca's Modding Plugins has a config to enable mini-fridges anywhere

According to BigCraftables, they can already be placed outdoors and indoors. So... wouldn't that cover being put anywhere other than the farm houses?
