Animated Hair

Would it be possible within the code at all to modify Stardew Valley by adding a second frame to the player's hair that would appear when the player is moving, so that it shows evidence of moving as the legs do?

Standing animation would also be useful, but a running animation on hair would open up some interesting possibilities.

It would require use of the Stardew Patcher so that a custom FarmerRenderer can be used for it, but outside of that, I cant think of anything preventing it.
