(Request) - Sun Totem #225

I was surprised to figure out that there's actually not a totem in the game that forces the next day to be sunny, like how the Rain Totem does the opposite. Figured it would be useful if you are trying to catch certain fish before a specific date, etc.

Currently working on this, though I'm planning on adding more than just the sun totem. PyTK will be a requirement however.
