Custom city and desert area #315

Where we can visit someone who do make the village on this area where not at where npc sandy or Q was on mean the custom new place for custom npc staying on

I am working in a boarding house where people who creates new npcs can use it as home for their new NPCs, but people who create the custom npcs will also need to place them there since my mod adds a location the schedules are handled in the NPCs mods.
